CSPO Africa provides strategic branding, digital marketing, creative design, advertising campaigns, and public relations services.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
You agree not to:
Use our services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit our materials without written consent.
Interfere with or disrupt our website’s functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
All payments for services must be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.
Prices are stated in USD or NGN depending on the client’s location.
Payment must be made before commencement of a project unless otherwise stated.
Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.
All content, branding materials, strategies, and creative works produced by CSPO Africa remain our property until full payment is received.
Upon payment, ownership of approved deliverables transfers to the client.
You may not reuse or replicate any of our intellectual property without permission.
We value your privacy and commit to keeping all project-related information confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose any proprietary or sensitive information shared during collaboration.
Clients are entitled to a specific number of revisions as stated in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may attract extra charges.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun:
The client will be billed for all completed work up to the date of cancellation.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
CSPO Africa shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, profits, or reputation arising from service use.
We provide services “as is” and make no guarantees beyond agreed deliverables.
We may integrate or link to third-party platforms (e.g., social media, analytics tools).
We are not responsible for their content, policies, or actions. Users should review those third-party terms separately.
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in operations or law. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use signifies acceptance of any revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
